SquishWorld™ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return, please review our terms below. By placing an order with SquishWorld™, you agree to the following policy.

  1. 14-Day Return Window
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.

  2. Condition for Returns
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and blind-box containers intact.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons regarding children's toys, items that have been opened, squished, or removed from their individual blind seals cannot be returned.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at squishworlduk@gmail.com with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

  3. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
